I feel really bad for these individuals. They are universally hated by society, so they have nowhere to go for help or treatment. Who could they POSSIBLY turn to for support in a world that despises them, as they try to fight their own nature?

Hopefully he has never, and never will, act on his impulses with real children (that would be unforgivable), but I also hope he can find some support and treatment so he can live his life without hurting children.
