CSMA is a wonderful example of a non-profit that benefits the wide community. In my 26 years here, with kids, we have always appreciated the music programs in the elementary schools (4-5) and the Arts-4-All programs throughout the elementary grades. My family (adults sometimes) have also enjoyed the arts program over at the Finn Center.
CSMA was one of the non-profits that leased space for classes/office over at the Huff school site, before it was reopened as an elementary. There almost always are worthwhile NGOs that can use excess school space (see for instance the large number of users over at Cubberly HS in Palo Alto).
We have also enjoyed the Finn auditorium space - for various private and school performances.
Thank you CSMA directors and staff and volunteers.
