The Bubb Neighborhood Association protects their emergency response unit (CERT) trailer by locking the wheels with a very big lock. I don't know, but I also expect that there is a hitch lock available also for trailers.
Non Profit Group director' warning -make sure your trailers are protected by at least minimum locks. (I think the Monta Loma CERT group also wheel locks their equipment trailer).
