Overnight construction noise

Are there any road repairs or other large scale construction projects being done in or around Mountain View at night? Every night between the hours of midnight and 6:00am I hear low rumblings of trucks and other construction equipment in the distance.

It's probably the new bridge where 101 crosses San Francisquito creek.
