Former Stanford anesthesia tech gets year in jail for molesting patients

A former anesthesia technician at Stanford Hospital was sentenced to a year in jail Wednesday after pleading no contest to sexual battery charges for touching the genitals of male patients after surgery, prosecutors said.

The defense attorney, Dennis A. Lempert, is the guy who just ran for judge in Santa Clara County two years ago trying to trick voters by calling himself "DA Lempert."
