District attorney to announce legislation 'inspired' by Brock Turner victim

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen will be holding a press conference on Wednesday in Palo Alto to announce legislation "inspired" by the woman who was sexually assaulted by former Stanford University student-athlete Brock Turner, according to a press release the district attorney's office issued Tuesday.
