Measure A to extend funding for county's parks

Santa Clara County voters will decide whether they want to prolong a park preservation fund on the June 7 ballot.

That is only $150 of additional yearly taxes per million dollars of evaluation for the next 15 years, between $.50 and a Dollar a day for most people!

Mountain View is very short in Parks, as Park in-lieu fees keep getting diverted for everything else such as to building new Rec center office for staff.

Water district right of way along Permanente Creek has been given to developers along El Camino rather than develop trails!

We need to give the City of Mountain View more money to work with, or soon we will have no parks at all!

Please support this tax increase!
