All lanes may become toll lanes. Toll lanes provide extra money for the transportation agencies along with their private consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Public Transit must be addressed and VTA can't/won't do it. VTA is not interested in this part of the county.

Mountain View must work with Palo Alto and Sunnyvale and get some real transit options. Yes, get pods and shuttle services, but many who live and need to commute into North Bayshore are not Mountain View residents, but still leave reasonably close to want better transit options.

Google and other companies are bringing in commuters from longer distances. But we also need to get those who live closer to be able to use transit. Some will bike, but it is unrealistic that everyone can and will use bikes every day. Transit options must include parking lots near the highways - e.g. San Antonio/101 with dedicated shuttles into employment areas, not just Google.
