FYI: The Hell's Angels wanted to go legit by operating a catering business out of the Oakland branch. The Feds and the local police shut it down. All the SFBA Auto Salvage yards would have been their customers.
The State Board of Health will regulate and give " badges " and Permits to Operate. These " badges " ARE LIMITED, as too many food trucks covering the same area is bad for business for all.
