Board of Supervisors OKs millions for homeless housing

The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors last week authorized a slew of new programs aimed at preventing homelessness throughout the county, including new rental assistance funds for residents in Mountain View.

No matter how many $$$ millions $$$ of our tax money is thrown at this issue, it is not just about providing shelter ... you CANNOT fix LAZY and can only treat CRAZY (if the crazy are willing to BE treated) which are the two most common reasons that people live on the streets ... if they WANT to live on the streets, then go ahead and live on the streets, by your own rules, and DON'T ask for help since you don't WANT to be a part of productive society!
