The fact that the clinic is seeing less patients because more are now insured is good news.

Maher is a registered user.

Rotocare is needed to provide care to those who slip through the cracks of Obamacare. Although the Federal program is a vast improvement over the previous situation, still no one solution achieves Net zero health care coverage results.

I do wonder how El Camino Hospital can find the $14M+ to buy land for its So SJ campus but cannot find/pay new staff for Rotocare. Something's wrong with that picture.

Please web search "How Many Americans Really Go Without Health Insurance?" for an eye-opener. Health Care is not the same as Health Insurance. Under a 1968 law, everyone in the U.S. - including those illegally in the U.S. -- is guaranteed access to basic health care. According to Census Bureau data, of the estimated 46 million "Americans" without health insurance, more than 10 million are non-U.S. citizens.

Obamacare is to force people to pay more deductibles and get less for their service. Only one gaining from obamacare is the insurance companies.

Trying to tell me it is a bad thing is like trying to convince me the sky is green. No matter how much rhetoric is exchanged, the facts of its benefit to my family are completely and factually undeniable.
