Housing crisis keeps CSA busy

While city officials grapple with the ever-increasing cost of living that is driving out many long-term residents, Community Services Agency of Mountain View and Los Altos is quietly providing groceries, rental assistance and services that bring a level of humanity to the regional housing crisis.

There's nothing against making money. The amounts that developers are making around here? Completely different story.

But you would know that if you paid attention once in a while.

hey "hmmm," sounds like you've got a heart of gold. where's the compassion?? or maybe you're one of those developers that seem to have an endless supply of money to make their fortunes off those less fortunate. wait till all of the folks who work the hardest around here in the service industry (waiters, cashiers, etc.) can no longer afford living here and move away. who's going to serve your food, ring up your groceries, clean your house??

Not true!! If business can't find employees for minimum wage, guess what, they will raise the pay, until they find someone. Economics 101.

And what is wrong with developers making big money? Google makes big money too, are you going to criticizes them? Are you the authority who decides how much money company's can make?
