In your editorial of Tales of Turkey and Tempeh your story, all one sided and distasteful. What a repugnant and revolting tradition it is to mass murder innocent animals in the name of religion and tradition just to satisfy human gluttony. Any celebration that requires the mass-murder of innocent living beings is nothing more than a ritualistic, cold blooded cult. These insensitive, heartless and cruel forms of celebrating ought to be abolished just like slavery, they represent holocausts of innocent living beings exploited by our arrogant species who perceives them as nothing more than commodities and objects to be exploited.

"Tradition will reconcile people to any atrocity". George Bernard Shaw
