Promising newcomer Voya is a glamorous addition to North Bayshore, but inconsistencies mar the Latin American menu at this pint-sized sister restaurant to nearby Cucina Venti.

I had the Cabo ceviche last night. It was surprisingly bad. Too much mango and basically not acidic/cooked enough. It didn't taste like seafood. However the Cochinita Pibil was delicious.
