The golden crowned sparrows are already showing up, migrating down from Alaska and Canada. They usually don't show up until late Oct. Other interesting "early" happenings are going on in the hills with turkeys and deer getting into their mating season a little earlier than normal as well. Seems nature is tipping it's hand a bit. It'll be interesting as the weeks go by to see if these observations were indeed the first signs of an early winter.
We just have to get past this spell of beautiful, painfully perfect weather we're now forced to endure.

Hmm, will the climate change for us to more rain? We all hope so, but don't bet your last dollar on it.

And what happens if there is no rain? Will the new buildings that have been built have their water turned off first?
