I leave my house before daylight and frequently notice joggers and runners who are wearing dark clothing and no reflective gear. Some run in the road about three feet from the curb. I like to think I am a careful driver, but it can be unnerving to suddenly come across a person in the road. A reflective band on a shirt would make a huge difference.
