Fire danger warning issued for Bay Area, Peninsula watershed closed

Dry thunderstorms moving through the Bay Area this afternoon through Friday morning could increase the risk for wildfires, the National Weather Service said today.

I just heard thunder which likely means there are lightning strikes in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Let's pray theses do not become fire.
