He was arrested, not just cited for these serious charges, right?

In most misdemeanor cases of DUI, the suspect is first placed under arrest and then released on a citation and into the care of a relative who is willing to take responsibility for the intoxicated driver. The relative will often be called to the scene or to a police station to pickup the person who was cited.

This criminal needs to be charged with more than those puny little charges which as listed will certainly result in yet another slap on the wrist ... this criminal endangered public safety and the lives of EVERY person on that train that could well have derailed and injured/killed a lot of innocent people ... WHEN will justice be SERVED and not delayed until NEXT time when he plows into some innocent person, killing or maiming them??? WAKE UP JUDGES!!! I want the name of the hopefully competent prosecutor and hopefully not blind judge who adjudicate THIS list of charges BE MADE PUBLIC so the PROSECUTOR and the JUDGE can also be held accountable come re-election time for THEIR treatment of this I'm-sure-is-a-repeat-offender criminal ... @the PROSECUTOR and the JUDGE: DO YOUR JOBS and protect the public ...

Relax, he was only on alcohol. The totally acceptable drug we can all buy at the corner in enough quantities to easily and literally kill us. If he was on cannabis we could all get in an uproar, but then again, if he was on cannabis, he likely would not have passed out at the wheel due to the very minor effects compared to the harder drug we all love to use.
Life is a cabernet! It's beer thirty. Nothing that a margarita can't handle. Mommy needs a cocktails! Whoo-hoo!
