Awful. Terrible to get displaced and lose some or all of your lifelong stuff. I guess we need to hold off from making real comments till we know what caused it.

I live down the street and could not get into my driveway. After parking on an adjacent street and walking home I encountered a lady who was extremely concerned for the evacuated people and others who had no water. I brought water and a little boy helped distribute it to about 40 folks. Thank you Aldo for running so much to help people who were thirsty! I wish the best for everyone who lost belongings. This is a great neighborhood!!!

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a local non profit service provider for basic need and housing. NHN primarily serves middle income households who too often do not qualify for 'safety net' programs because of their income. However, NHN does serve some low income folks.
NHN has no income requirement. All programs and services are free.
NHN has a large housing network. NHN is happy to help.
