San Jose woman arrested on kidnapping charges

A 33-year-old San Jose woman was arrested last week in Mountain View after she allegedly got into someone's car and demanded the driver take her to a store to buy cigarettes.

Please just take these folks to the hospital. The police could have put her on a 5150 and medical professionals would have had the opportunity to help her.

Arresting her, throwing her in jail, and running her through our failed criminal justice system just makes whatever is going on with her worse. And the community has to pay for it.

But 5150 is part of LPS... and LPS is bad right?
