Depression still a top problem in high schools

High school staff in Mountain View have a lot to brag about after recent results from a school climate survey showed Mountain View and Los Altos high schools remain supportive, low-violence environments with little in the way of bullying or substance abuse problems reported among students.

Depression and mental health issues are no laughing matter, and especially in children. Most mental health problems have their roots
in childhood. I know my certainly have. I was bullied as a child, and it haunted me for I long time.
I struggled with depression and anxiety for years, and lost a lot of my time in this world to those problems.
I am so grateful that I managed to overcome my problems. For those who have similar problems to mine, I recommend
something that provided a lot of help to me. The article is at Web Link
