East Palo Alto man arrested for indecent exposure

Police have arrested an East Palo Alto man on charges that he exposed himself to at least three people last month at the Stanford Shopping Center, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.

To the two individuals that never reported this when it happened to them earlier that day, I think the third lady would like to personally thank you.
