Why steal vehicle registration? It's useless to you and it says who you stole it from right on the paper. At least you could claim that you just happen to own a red dog collar that looks alot like the stolen one but you can't use that line with the registration.

Stealing the dog's collar...an new all time low. I don't know why the dog collar wasn't on the dog, but in my case I keep two collars with tags in my glove box. They belonged to my two dogs who have passed away, both at age 14. We loved to go for car rides when they were alive. When I get a new car they always go with me. They're irreplaceable to me. Great job to the watchful neighbor and the MVPD!!!
