Construction worker rescued after falling

Rescue crews with the Santa Clara County Fire Department staged a technical rescue at a construction site in Los Altos where a worker broke his leg this afternoon, according to police and firefighters.

I'm so sorry for the construction worker. Question: does everyone else reading The Voice know what a "technical rescue" is? I had to Google it.

I don't know what a technical rescue is either...and as you didn't explain, I just had to google it too!
