MV man accused of torture, sex abuse to stand trial

A Mountain View man who allegedly tortured and beat his girlfriend's teenage brother for months will stand trial on four felony charges, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Barnum ruled on Friday, Feb. 20.

Please don't give up your faith in other humanity as being decent. I apologize that anyone this ugly exists in the world. It was not your fault. I hope you find the strength within yourselves to see the beauty in this world and somehow take away everything ugly from this monster. Sending love.

Good god! In our town. Laying ANY blame on the two victims is a betrayal of our justice system.

He should be incarcerated for life with no parole.

Look at his picture. This is what a small, weak, pathetic man look like. The strongest person in the story is the kid who escaped. Congratulations, you saved your family!
