Has there been a report of how we're doing on the three new goals from the past two years? Has the tree canopy improved? Is City Hall IT improved? Has pedestrian/bicycle mobility improved? How are we measuring progress?
Maybe we shouldn't move on to new goals until we've completed and/or reported on the existing ones. And this is all sort of silly if the goals aren't measurable and/or reported.
