Unfunded Mandate, you are on point. Where do I stand to catch one of these freebies?

Please note the article describes one of many ways to transform capital bond funds into operating money providing more dollars for teachers salaries.

What if one teacher enjoys driving a big block powered SS Chevelle to work. Why shouldn't that teacher get subsidized gas? If an employer gives company paid perks like company cell phone, IRS can tax it. Shouldn't that be true for EV charging too? Electricity has a value and is not given to all employees.

Just wait till they put the teachers unfunded pension liability on the backs of home owners. What is it at, 100 billion now?
