I'd like to congratulate Foothill College for being selected among 15 community colleges in the state for this wonderful opportunity for our young students. And, I'd like to praise the legislators of the State of California for having the foresight to launch this historic program. I hope that soon more of our community colleges are given the chance to expand similar opportunities for youth and retraining adults in our state. Thank you, Dr. Thor and trustees!
