Beach access, utilities reform and cultural competency among new laws

New laws ranging from election and utilities reform to beach access and community food producers that were authored by state Assemblyman Rich Gordon and Sen. Jerry Hill took effect Jan. 1.

Hmm, seems to me like we are becoming a nanny state. Best bill would be a bill to get rid of these nanny bills. And get rid of the Air quality business.

We need more laws! The populace has been running wild for far too long. We should start with one barring nasty or sarcastic posts to internet forum sites.
