I assume it is against the law for sober friends to blow into the device. Will those "friends" be located and charged as aiding and abetting the drunk drivers?

I'm so in favor of any process or device that keeps drunk drivers off our roads. I do not have the co-dependent enabler gene esp. when it comes to drug users who choose to endanger other's lives.

I hope this Hill legislation passes easily.

And now, another industry will be born...selling pressureized cans of air, witch will provide the correct speed and volume of air.
Also, for the person who lives not too far from the drinking location, a cottage industry for teen agers to hang out in front and for 10 bucks or so, they will blow into the gadget.
Enterprise is never far away.... in this case, it is sad.

Why do I get the feeling Senator Hill has a stake in this "lame" technology.
