Studio housing walking distance to work with public transit options downtown would be a welcome reprieve to the alternative: renting someone's home office as a "bedroom" while enduring a 30min surface street commute. God forbid the hour it takes to get off 85... If you're going to pay NYC level rents for MV, may as well head to SF and take the shuttle. Thanks for voicing our concerns John.
