Common sense says don't light up on sunny days. Wait until it is raining so the rain will clean the smoke out of the air. We're supposed to get some rain this weekend, so please wait until then. Our kids lungs thank you.

The Grinch always comes around Thanksgiving and Christmas for these spare the air days. Wonder why? To make life miserable for everyone.

The new Commie directors = baqam They say it's a serious problem, Bunch of BS, otherwise we all would be dead.

Another useless govt. funded agency the BAQAM is, with over 200 employees making huge salaries to tell us it's a spare the air day. The waste in govt. is ridiculous.

Neither asthma nor lung cancer are laughing matters. More people in the United States die from lung cancer than any other type of cancer. Please be respectful to your fellow Bay Area residents and check the daily burn status before starting a fire.
