Young filmmakers inspire African film fest

For the fifth year, the Community School of Music and Arts will play host to the Silicon Valley African Film Festival from Friday, Oct. 7 to Sunday, Oct. 19. SVAFF is the only film festival in California which presents films exclusively produced by African filmmakers.

There's a typo in the first paragraph. It should be Friday, October 17, not October 7.

Just out of abundant precaution, did any of the visiting artists/filmmakers travel recently from Ebola-stricken countries?
