Why is this a story in the Voice if it's only open to teachers and not to your readers?

I wish the meeting had been open to all, but I'm glad to know it took place even though I wasn't invited. I still find it useful to know that the endorsements are coming soon, and that they will be based on a closed-door meeting at which the public was not welcome.
