My sympathies to the victim's family.
SF Chronicle saying the shots were fired backstage. Does that mean the victim and shooter were employees or guests?

Both the MVPD post and the article indicate that the suspects were arrested for *WEAPONS POSSESSION* and that "None of the six arrested have been identified as a suspect in the shooting Friday night". Once again, the Voice headline is misleading (at best). Though adding the word "Investigation" would make it accurate:
"Six arrested in fatal Shoreline shooting INVESTIGATION".
...just sayin'

Doesn't say they got the shooter...just a bunch of thugs backstage that had guns. This should really shock anyone who knows anything about the hip hip community. It really goes against what hip hop is all about. It's not about claiming you're tougher than everyone or bragging about your partying ways of how much money you have or about how many women you....no, hip hop is a creative expression based in love and peace with a rich history treating women with respect and dignity.

Police had search warrants for Jeezy "and five others"
six arrested... if they didn't charge them for being connected to the murder yet, they didn't charge them yet... either they do or don't have a reason for this.
could be they were arrested for guns in public or being a prohibited person with a gun.... They have until tuesday night to charge them with something

The Shoreline Amphitheatre should be torn down, seems like we are continually reading about troublemakers arrests and now a killing. I suppose Live Nation has a lease the runs into the next millennium.
