Curious what complex it was. Internet searches seem to indicate that he lives in the mobile home park at 440 Moffett Blvd (Moffett / Middlefield).

Hope they lock him up for a long time. I'm at a point where I doubt these guys can be "treated and cured".
Rapists start this way... and via peeping Tom behaviors and stalkings too.
It's all part of the same "females as objects" dynamics ... all a matter of degree not of kind.
Let's stop making excuses and finding reasons to be non-punitive. Time to say zero tolerance is the norm.
Recently read a study in which 1000's of men were asked "If you could rape a woman and not get caught or be punished, would you?" And nearly 40% answered "YES"!

There is no known cure for paraphilic disorder at this time. However, there is medical treatment, which research suggests can help people recover from this disorder. Yet, they will likely not recover while in prison.
The prison environment is coercive and notably stressful. Environment is a crucial component in the success or failure in treating all brain disorders. Research shows successful treatment of brain disorders occurs in supportive, reduced stress environments. Individual’s need to understand they are a patient, not a criminal, in order to engage in medical treatment to change their behavior. The brain and environment work in tandem in generating behavior and illness recovery.
Science has shown that all thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (including intent) are biological processes. Thus, choice is driven by brain mechanisms, not free will. When we see someone exhibiting abnormal, scary or disgusting behavior, we need to think medical rather than retributive. Prisons are ineffective environments for treating brain disorders. Peoples brains disorders have generally worsened by the time they leave prison. And we can’t lock people up forever. Let’s build more hospitals and other mental health facilities, and conduct more clinical, scientific brain research.
