What a dummy. He will sit in jail and blown whatever chance he had of winning his case. He has a reasonable chance of winning his case.

@Erich -- all of the facts aren't disclosed in this article. Legal rights aren't forfeited by a missed court date. The indictment looks slick but a skilled litigator can probably tear it apart.
