It is Narconon (not Narcanon). For good Google search purposes, spell it correctly so people can learn the truth.

Taking this criminal, irresponsible group out of schools is great, but the fact remains that Narconon is allowed to treat patients with the made-up nonsense they call "science." They pose as a medically-supervised drug rehab with great success rates, but instead deliver scientology "training rituals" (TRs = brainwashing techniques) and hours sitting in a sauna so addicts can sweat the drugs out of their fat stores. LOL. They charge desperate family members $30,000 per pop for this scam! Guess where the money goes? To fund the scientology cult, of course! I'm glad nar"CON"on is out of California schools, but they need to be shut down completely. They should not be treating addicts who need professional medical detoxification and supervision.

Hold on. Are you saying that the program is BS but the program's website doesn't say that its BS?

I can't friggen believe that ANY person or administration didn't know about the history of Narconon... they have been around, spouting the Scientology line for years...

I fully support a statement by a group that was created by a made-up religion whose only reason for existence is to prove that you can get a made-up religion accepted by the populous.

Why would anyone question the motives of someone who earns money from scared parents who have forgotten what it's like being a child?

Not me, cuz drugs are bad!

It might be a moot point soon. With all the lawsuits that they are defending now maybe they won't have time to send people to schools and teach their bogus information.

The solution is quite simple, for anyone but a narcissistic Silicon Valley moron: FIRE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

God, you people are stupid.

MV has it upsides and down sides, but let there be no question about its attractive nature. even when people are sick of living in MV and move away, they ALWAYS return because deep in their hearts, they know, they ARE Mountain View.
