3 Mountain View Boy Scouts Attain Eagle Scout Rank

Original post made by Randall Kenyon, Waverly Park, on May 16, 2014

Nine boys in Troop 30 are being honored as Eagle Scouts on June 1 at Christ Episcopal Church, 1040 Border Road, Los Altos. Three of the boys are Mountain View residents— Brad Huwe, Randy Kenyon, and Chris Krupa. The other scouts are Los Altos residents—Stephen Strawbridge, Brett Nelson, Kelly McConnell, Alex Mirov, Craig Young, and Samir Joshi. As a culmination of their scouting experience each boy organized and led a community service project. The projects benefitted local schools, service agencies, and youth sports groups. Becoming an Eagle Scout takes years of dedication and hard work and is the highest rank in scouting.
