Good job to all volunteers for MVTC...again I can not understand why players from other cities who play for an usta team at Cuesta Park do not belong to the MVTC. Why you need to pay only If you play at Rengstorff ???? Yes you need to take your membership for the MVTC any where you pla for an USTA team in MV..I think it Will be good If every single player will register at MVTC..and if they want to play for a team at Cuesta it could be imposed.
When we play for example at Sunnyvale or any club outside of Mountain View as a player we need to pay for the membership for their club and I think it is ok.
MV city needs to ask all players from other cities to take their membership at the MV tennis club if they want to play on our nice courts Cuesta. we paid taxes in MV for MV residents not for others..we are too nice..we will increase the amount of membership If we do this way...it Will be fair. The cost for court are not so expensive and If the club wants to live...we need to have more memberships...it is a deal right now for new members.
Sorry maybe I am missing something but I am looking from what I know ..I pay my membership at Las Palmas Sunnyvale and I think is fair... Of course at MVTC...for the money I have a lot of fun and meet a lot of nice people.
