"setup"? No. It sounds like drunk people. They were right to arrest him. It is up to his lawyer to prove somehow he was not at fault.

Sounds like your typical "sexually entitled" male who sees a great oppty when a female is under the influence of whatever and likely unable to defend herself... e.g. rape as a sporting event for a skuzzy dishonorable putz. Only this time he was wrong. Good for her.

BTW "Hmm" when a woman says "NO" at any point ... she means "NO!" and that means STOP period... otherwise it's rape. "egged him on?" yeeaaah riiight.

good, the woman escaped. Another proof that alcohol impairs brain after certain quantity. Evne though there is nothing illegal in a 20 yr old spending time with someone who is 37, it just doesn't seem like a wise thing to do and especially drinking heavily is even worse. I wonder what the story would be if the three have been smoking weed. Weed is worse than alcohol when it comes to buzz and impairing brain.

I guess the editors of MVV agree that males are typically sexually entitled. I wish they'd provide the list of rude comments we can make about each segment of society, that way we can make sure we only use the approved slurs and insults towards certain parts of society.
