So, based on someone calling in a license plate number, this person, whether found innocent or guilty, will forever be linked to indecent exposure.
I'm anti-crime as much as anyone, but I hope there was some pretty solid background & evidence before releasing the name...because that's a life-changer.

The cops wouldn't have arrested him without some evidence of a crime. The article does say the perp was on probation for prior convictions, but doesn't say what they were. Were those also for sex crimes?
