Yep, that's right. They lift your wallet and pass it off most likely to a guy, or two, that are with them. If the girls get caught those same guys will intervene and disrupt the place so that they can get away.

The Apostle Paul cautions us in 1st Corinthians 7:1 concerning touching the opposite sex (i.e., a person to whom we are not married). Adultery begins with a mere “touch.”

It's the Roma Gypsies. They are now in Mountain View downtown and around Walmart. Pick pocketing is just part of their culture and lifestyle.
