Local church raising money for typhoon victims

A local branch of the Iglesia Ni Cristo church -- headquartered in the Philippines and serving a large proportion of the Filipino diaspora worldwide -- has been asking congregants to donate money to a special global fund to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan, also known as Typhoon Yolanda.

I'm from calamba city Philippines, and we have a similar activity here, this is a worldwide initiative of the church to help victims of yoland, God speed to all of us
