We don't see this often. But it does pop up.
Makes me wonder-- does the staff really understand how the internet works? You can have 2, 3, 5, 100, 1,000 internet enabled devices display the same IP address if they are on the same connection. Could be roommates. Could be kids. Could be husband/wife. Could the the au par. Could be the maid. Could be the neighbor stealing wifi.
Dynamic vs Static IP. A newspaper that serves the REAL birth of the Silicon valley should have at least ONE person who knows the difference.
