Given how pedestrian friendly this place is supposed to be, and with many more poeple living close, do we really need 22 spaces? Mountain View's parking requirements are clearly more than is needed leading to waste:

Fresh, affordable produce. Everyone in Mountain View can benefit from that. Other places are struggling to create such a market, and here we are Mt View with a successful grocer most residents love. Why is council allowing an out of town developer to drive out this significant community benefit that makes living in Mt View less attractive in the long run?

Pedestrian friendly? If by that you mean jaywalking in traffic regardless how heavy or light it is at the time.
Of course everyone who disagrees has gone to Milk Pail since 1777, and they've never seen jaywalkers.
Ready and willing to waste my time to post video of such... Won't be much harder than finding bike after bike after bike after bike after bike running through stop signs (especially in Palo Alto where they are most pro bike and most liable to say "cars run more lights/stop signs than bikes)
