Not surprised after observing his behavior at council meetings. Smart guy but immature and unable to politic effectively with others who disagree with him.

Given that Gary Wesley is defending Steve Nelson, the old saying that with such friends, one doesn't need enemies comes to mind...

"UC Davis Grad" sounds like a school board member who does not like Steven Nelson. How about using a real name?

Hey Nelson, Join the club of embattled board people. The former Chair of the VAC had the same thing happen, I raise a toast in your direction. Wesley Esq. , same [Portion removed due to offensive language] happened to the VAC Chair too; he walked out with his head held high after the censure was wrong on all levels. Many thanks to this rag of paper according to everything said. Good luck to this paper and good luck with pursuing a court action. I am sure you can find the former chair of the VAC, and get his support. Oh and only councils have actionable dismissal of Brown Act items. Makes me wonder on many levels why several council members still have their job.
Mr. Nelson you have an appealable position if you care too. I see the VAC Chair gave his 2 cents in his defense and I see there is something published on UTube with a wonder of discussion of the Berlin Wall Segments which I see are ready to be unveiled. Mr. Parkinson's position sternly held on these historic segments while one council member thinks they are just blocks of cement (She needs to be taken to task on that remember her and what she said next election cycle, although I think she is term limited out, still a censure of her is something many in Mountain View want).

You are free to disagree. Just don't be a [Portion removed due to offensive language] about it.

@Eric -- A Steve Nelson supporter, by chance? I never realized that my right to express my opinion depended on your approval.
