Raising money to maintain 'Hope'

A charitable group that has been feeding local homeless men, women and children for the past two years is attempting to raise $300,000 to renovate the poorly equipped kitchen it's currently using.

Drug Testing ???

To modify the old saying about building a better mouse trap and they will come,,,,,Give Free Food and the sure will come...

How about requiring some form of community service, helping out, cleaning up, etc. to get the "free food".
It isn't "FREE"... it is there because someone else worked, earned money and GAVE money to buy the food. I see no problem in having some obligation on the recipients to get the food.
