I wonder what happens to all of the people who bought his Lego from Ebay. Shouldn't their toys be confiscated because it was stolen merchandise? Makes you want to think twice about buying anything from Ebay.

I just don't understand this. He made plenty of money as a VP at SAP. Now look what a mess he's made of his life for $345. Kinda funny in a way ...

$345 for the items they could prove were purchased fraudulently, but if he was earning $20-$40 profit on each of the items he sold on eBay . . . that adds up. Still, seems pretty short-sighted for a guy making his kind of salary. Perhaps like many kleptomaniacs it was more about the thrill of getting away with it that drove him.
