Any follow-up on that fellow who got shot in the head at Tyrella and Fairchild at 1:15 in the afternoon on a Monday? Any leads?

...no, but I just saw someone driving by without their seatbelt on. What was that tip number again?

Great, now it's easier for everyone to tell on each other.

Trust me, it's far from anonymous. You report a big crime and I promise they'll be getting your phone and twitter records promptly.

Wrong way rider. Yes, call it in but PLEASE tell us a detailed response from the PD so we can all have a good laugh.
Or better yet, call in all the speeders you caught on your camera...plenty more of those I'm sure. HA! Funny post :)

Even though we live in the heart of Silicon Valley, here's yet another example of how the city just doesn't get it. Look at these instructions: Citizens interested in reporting crimes through their browser can go to the City of Mountain View's website, click onto the MVPD's page under the tab marked "Public Safety" and scroll down to the hyperlink for the department's "online crime reporting tool." Now why aren't they: Go to Web Link Click on "Report it!" at the top of the page.
